About Journal
MIT Sloan Management Review aims to find the most potent management insights developed by thinkers and academics and translate those insights for the managers and leaders who can put them to work. The journal seeks manuscripts that offer new research and insights about important management topics. The journal has increased focus on innovation and sustainability (so manuscripts addressing those subjects are welcome), but the journal continues to seek and publish articles that address a wide range of management disciplines.

Submission Process
Submit manuscripts online at: smrsubmissions@mit.edu
