The Academy of Management Journal (AMJ) is one of the top ranked management journals which publish strong empirical and theoretical research in the management field. The Journal gives preference to submissions that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically examining issues with high importance for management theory and practice. Submissions should be sent online through http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/amj

General Guidelines for Authors
Manuscripts must be submitted as a single Microsoft Word file excluding the title page and information of authors. A letter to the editor is to be submitted which should include acknowledgements of others' help in preparing the paper for submission. The file should include the abstract, references, tables and figures. The Abstract should be 100 words or less. Submitted manuscript must be in double-spaced pages. Times New Roman 12-points font, with margins of 1 inch is acceptable.
