About Journal
The British Journal of Management (BJM) welcomes the theoretical and empirical papers on business and management. The Journal publishes articles in multi-disciplinary areas such as general management, human resource management, organizational behavior, management development, accounting and finance, business ethics, strategic management, equality, diversity and inclusion, marketing, operations management, R & D management, business economics, public sector management and research methods.

General Guidelines for Authors
The title page should be separated from the main document and it should include the title of the manuscript, author names, institutional affiliations together with full postal addresses and an email address for each author, a short author biography of 50 – 75 words for each author, and acknowledgements.
The main document should begin with the title, without the author names and details, and an abstract of no more than 200 words. Provide keywords after the abstract. The text of the body should start from the second page. Manuscript should be typed double-spaced. The tables or figures should be provided on separate pages at the end of the article with indication on the page where they are to be pasted (i.e., insert table 1 about here).
