General Guidelines for Authors
Manuscripts must be submitted as a single Microsoft Word (.doc) file which includes the title page without the information of authors. he author's or authors' name(s), institutional affiliation(s), address(es), and phone number(s) should appear either in a cover letter accompanying the manuscript or on a removable title page. The tables or figures may be included within the text or on a separate page. Include a note (i.e., insert table 1 about here) if included on a separate page.
